Mike Marino.
Mike writes and speaks on:
The love of knowledge is the root of all good.
Fall in love with learning!
He is the sixth of ten children, born in New Orleans in 1940. Mike served in the US Navy, as a Hospital Corpsman, aboard the Attack Air Craft Carrier USS Forrestal.
He served as Production Supervisor for the Falstaff Brewing Corporation for seven years.
For twenty-eight years Mike owned the International Bicycle and Lawnmower Shop in Greater New Orleans, where he hired 189 high school and college students over the years. He taught them life changing business skills and coached them to explore their potentials.
For many years Mike taught applied economics for the Junior Achievement Program in the Greater New Orleans School system.
He has been speaking and writing Professionally since 1984. Mike has earned the Distinguished Toastmasters Award as a member of Toastmasters International.
He is the grandfather of four, the father of two, and the husband of one.
Mike believes that the true giver is always the receiver, and what you want the most wants you!
